Grievance Redressal Policy

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Brilliants has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns from users of our Services.

• Content or account-related disputes

3. Process

1. Submit your grievance via email with the subject line "Grievance – [Your Concern]".
2. Include your name, contact details, account/business name, and a clear description of the issue.
3. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
4. We aim to resolve grievances within 15 working days, in line with IT Rules, 2021.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to consumer forums or relevant regulatory authorities under applicable Indian law.
