About Us

About Brilliants

We build AI-powered software that helps India's small businesses run smarter, faster and more efficiently. Technology should work for every business — not just the big ones.

Our Story

Built by Someone Who Lives the Problem.

Brilliants was founded by Vikas Kamble — a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience across automotive and pharma manufacturing. Having worked inside operations, he saw the same problem everywhere: manual processes, disconnected systems, zero visibility.

He knows why most small-business owners hesitate to adopt software — complex ERPs, high costs, no local support. Brilliants is built to change that.

Based in Hinganghat, Maharashtra — building technology that's affordable and practical for Indian small businesses. Not enterprise software with an enterprise price tag.

Practical Pricing

Start free, pay only when it makes sense. No hidden costs, no lock-in.

Real Support

WhatsApp support from people who know your business — not a ticket system.

What We Build

Products Designed for Real Businesses

Every product starts with a real business problem. We don't build for the sake of it — we build because the problem deserves a better answer.

Why We Exist

Indian Small Businesses Are the Backbone of the Economy.
But They Still Use Pen and Paper.

63 million small businesses contribute 30% to India's GDP and employ over 110 million people. Yet most still run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper registers. The gap between what technology can do and what small businesses actually use is enormous.

Hours Lost Daily

Manual data entry, scattered files and repetitive tasks eat up hours every single day — time that could serve customers.

Zero Visibility

Owners can't get real-time information when they need to make a decision. Everything is always a week old.

Disconnected Systems

Billing in one app, attendance in Excel, leads on WhatsApp. Nothing talks to everything and nothing is searchable.

We Change That

Practical, affordable software that fits how small businesses actually work. We bridge the gap between technology and reality.
